This fictional spa shows how a WordPress inquiry can enter a GoHighLevel CRM workflow. Built by Ralph John Patinio as a working portfolio demonstration.

Test mode. No real spa service, payment or reservation is offered. Use your own test details only. Automated processing is restricted to the designated test inbox while QA is in progress.

Start with a demo inquiry

Select a service interest and leave your email. Optional email updates are separate from submitting an inquiry. This test currently records CRM activity internally; automated emails are not enabled yet.

Simulate booking to test stopping logic

When an inquiry lead completes a booking below, workflow SPA-00 immediately halts follow-up: tagging demo:spa-booked, removing demo:spa-inquiry-followup, logging an internal note, moving the opportunity to Booked, and ejecting the lead from active inquiry nurture.

Form intake, contact matching, structured 7-stage service opportunity management, and automated booking stopping rules. Verified live with allowlisted test recipient and zero unsolicited sends.
